Background Info

This is our signature blend where we aim to achieve a consistent flavour profile that provides a good balance of sweetness and body. The Roast profile suits espresso-based drinks with it's toned-down acidity and smooth mouthfeel. A perfect coffee for the morning and everyday use. We prefer using this coffee for brewers that exemplify full body and bold notes such as espresso, plunger, and moka-pots. Coffee is seasonal so expect our components to change throughout the year but maintain a consistent flavour profile.
